This school was established in the year 1955 as a primary school. It was upgraded through the years to middle schools, separate for boys and girls, then secondary and finally to senior secondary school in the year 2011.
This is a co-education school, and the current strength is 1315. The primary wing runs in a separate building and middle to senior secondary classes run in a separate building. The school campus is very big with huge playgrounds and lot of open areas. The surrounding government two story buildings adds to the colonial ambience of the campus. We mostly have children from the neighbourhood Kotla Mubarakpur and slum areas of Lodhi colony.
We offer Commerce with or without Maths and several choices in Humanities.
